Audio consent — always before coaching
AccenTuner asks for explicit audio-processing consent during Getting Started, before any microphone use. If you do not consent, live coaching and pronunciation scoring remain off. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.
Provider readiness — shown honestly, never faked
If the AI coach or pronunciation scoring provider is not yet configured, AccenTuner shows that clearly instead of pretending it works. The provider readiness status is visible in your workspace at all times.
Session activity is logged and auditable
Coaching events, support requests, and admin actions are recorded in your session timeline. What happens inside a session is not hidden — you can review session activity any time from the Progress page.
Delete your account — for real, immediately
Account deletion is available from Settings. When you delete your account, your coaching data, session records, and baseline information are removed. There is no hidden retention beyond what is legally required.
What AccenTuner stores
Only what the product needs to function.
We collect the minimum data required to deliver coaching, track progress, provide support, and operate billing. Voice audio processed through live sessions is handled by our AI providers — not stored by AccenTuner itself.
